Return Policy

All items are custom items and are sold as is and are not returnable unless agreed upon by Northern Log Supply, LLC.  Funds are non-refundable unless agreed upon by Northern Log Supply, LLC.  There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.  If you have a questionable item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. 

Northern Log Supply, LLC. is not responsible for any pine materials bleeding sap (this is a natural process).
